Pie Phone Competition — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the Pie Phone Competition run by Just Add Chips & Peas (JACP). By su

1. Eligibility

Open to UK residents aged 16 or over only.
Employees of JACP, their families, agents, or affiliates are not eligible.
One entry per person per month.

2. How to Enter

Record a 30–90 second video review of a JACP pie.
Post it to TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts, tagging our official account and using hashtag #PieClub.
Follow our account on the chosen platform.
Submit the link (or upload the video file) through our official competition form.

3. Content Rules

Videos must be original and created by the entrant.
Entrants must have the consent of anyone featured in the video.
Content must not be offensive, defamatory, infringe third‑party rights, or show unsafe food handling.
By entering, you grant JACP a worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual licence to use, edit, reproduce, distribute, and display your video, name, and social handle across our website, social media, and marketing purposes.

4. Prize

The prize is 1x JACP T‑shirt (subject to availability of sizes) and 4 pies of your choice (including gluten‑free options).
Delivery included within mainland UK (additional arrangements for NI/Islands may be required).
No cash alternative.
Prize giving is entirely at the discretion of JACP. We may choose not to award a prize in any month if no suitable entries are received.

5. Winner Selection

Entries close at 23:59 on the last day of each calendar month.
A winner will normally be announced by the 7th of the following month.
Judging criteria may include usefulness, authenticity, entertainment, and production clarity.
The decision of JACP is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Notification & Claiming

Winners will be notified by email (using the details submitted in the entry form).
If a winner does not respond within 7 days, JACP reserves the right to select another entrant.

7. Data Protection

Personal data will be used solely for administering the competition and, if opted in, sending marketing about Pie Club.
All data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. General

JACP reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.
JACP accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, corrupted, or not received for any reason.
Participation in the competition constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
